The Directory Postcard is a beautiful 12x9 glossy postcard that is distributed to at least 2,500 local residences and is a useful reference card for local residents. Each side of the card has customized (often exclusive) listings of popular businesses covering many unique types of businesses (plumber, pizza restaurant, electrician, pest control, etc), the top of each side of the card contains useful relevant local information (school phone numbers, hospitals, poison control, transit, etc) which encourages residents to hold onto the card for a long period of time.
The goal of the card is to get the local business names visible and associated in the residents minds so that when the need arises (ie: needing a plumber for a burst pipe) the resident will seek out the highlighted businesses on the directory card. It is often said that one of the most important aspects of marketing is always having your business name in front of customers. With the businesses highlighted on the card, and the great resources for the resident, it is a win win solution for all involved.
Oh...and by the way...design, printing, and postage are all included!
The Directory Postcard highlights local businesses. It is does not contain any national brands or businesses which have a national audience. It encourages recipients to contribute to their local community.
The Directory Postcard is able to cover an entire area of the city at once. With up to 2500 homes receiving the card each distribution it provides your business direct exposure to the local community.
We know that printing and mailing can be expensive! By combining forces with other local businesses we can all share in the costs to ensure any business, no matter the size, has the opportunity to be seen by the community.
Jesse Griffiths is a local business owner and the Founder of the Think Local Agency. He started the Think Local Agency after observing that many local businesses owners are required to focus so much time and energy on running their business that they often do not have the budget, knowledge, or simply the time to manage and run effective local marketing campaigns on their own. Jesse utilizes his knowledge in local marketing to help bridge this gap between local businesses and their community.
